Family Double Dare
Physical Challenges
Last updated 05/29/2024
The list below includes 1989, 1990 and 1992 (2000 and 2018 mean a reboot of that stunt aired in the future.)
When Double Dare returned from its hiatus (they took 1991 off), it was a disaster. Many of the stunts were unsuitable for Double Dare, and on one episode, it was said that "if a stunt fails, that's on the contestants."
As if that wasn't enough, the grand prize was usually a return visit to Universal Studios Florida, and Harvey was replaced by Doc Holliday.
The reason Double Dare was on hiatus was because Marc hosted What Would You Do? in 1991, and 1993.
More about the fall of Double Dare can be found on a new page coming soon!
Linked items used to take you to a video with an example of the stunt, but are temporarily broken.
The links that actually work are now highlighted in yellow!
* - Unofficial Name of Stunt (Notes are now included along with stunt links.)
~ - Some stunts were used on SSDD when it moved to Florida, but technically were part of the 1989 season. They were included in the Double Dare Super Sloppiest Moments Home Video, and therefore, are included because they were used in Florida.
As of April 7th, all of Chris Bryant's Family Double Dare episodes have vanished, so the links are broken. We apologize for the inconvenience.
New Links coming soon!
Are we missing any stunts that you have seen in an episode of Double Dare (90/92)?
